Same Day Shipping

Your international shipments are delivered to your address on the same day, just like your domestic shipments.

All orders placed weekdays before 3 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays and on weekends are shipped on Monday.

Delivery within 1 to 4 days.

The delivery time for your international order varies depending on the country you are ordering from. Your package will be delivered as early as the next day and as late as 4 business days.

For example, deliveries to European countries will be made the next day, while deliveries to the United Arab Emirates will be made after 4 business days.

Shipping Fee

Shipping costs for your purchases vary depending on the country selected as the delivery address. The shipping cost for your chosen country can be seen on the address page where you enter your delivery information.

For example, the shipping cost for European countries (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, England, etc.) is 717 TL, while an additional 1168 TL shipping fee is added for the USA.

Payment Methods;

For purchases made from abroad, you can make a single payment with your credit card, or transfer the total amount to our registered Garanti Bank account via Western Union or bank transfer.

Cash on delivery is not available for orders placed from abroad.

Exchange & Return;

For purchases made from abroad, the exchange and return period is 7 (seven) days. For returns or exchanges made within 7 days, the shipping cost(s) will be your responsibility.

Any shipping costs arising from returns or exchanges due to defective products purchased will be covered by us.

To initiate a return or exchange, you need to call our Customer Service at +90 850 302 96 02 or fill out the contact section on the website and send a message informing us about your exchange request.

For a return or exchange to be processed, the product(s) must be unused, have their labels intact, and include all original packaging and accessories. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged.

International shipments may be subject to the customs regulations of the destination country. In the rare event of such a situation, silkhometr.com accepts no responsibility for the shipment being held at customs. Any customs costs incurred in such a case will be borne by the customer.
