You can return products purchased from silkhometr.com within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused.

The invoice, along with the product(s) you wish to return, must be sent to us by filling out the return form on the back.

Returned items must:

• Be unused
  
• Have undamaged tags
  
• Have complete box and accessories
  Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged.

For returns, the shipping fee is covered by our company.
However, for orders placed with a free shipping campaign, if the order total falls below the campaign threshold after a return, the 120₺ shipping fee will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, no exchange service is offered.

If you wish, you can return the product and place a new order for the item you want.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped on the same day,

while orders placed after 5:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be shipped on the first business day.

Your domestic orders are delivered within 1–3 business days, though this may vary depending on your province.

In mobile delivery areas, this period can extend up to 7 business days.

Yes. Your international orders are also shipped on the same day.
