SILK HOME EŞARP VE TEKSTİL SAN. TİC.LTD. ŞTİ (www.silkhometr.com) has prepared this Electronic Commercial Communication Rules and Information Text to inform you about sending you commercial electronic communications and processing, storing, and transferring your personal data within the scope of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 (“ECL”), the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 (“ECL”), and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDP”) and related legislation.
The personal information (name, surname) and contact information (email address, phone number) you have shared with SILK HOME EŞARP VE TEKSTİL SAN. TİC.LTD. ŞTİ may be used by SILK HOME EŞARP VE TEKSTİL SAN. TİC.LTD. ŞTİ for marketing communications, including sending electronic commercial messages via WhatsApp, instant/short message, telephone and email through the channels you have consented to, conducting customer satisfaction activities, carrying out marketing analysis studies, managing advertising, campaign and promotion processes, marketing products and services, creating campaigns for customers, and other purposes. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 6 of the Electronic Communications Law (ETK) and Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), based on the legal grounds of explicit consent, limited to the purpose of planning and executing the marketing processes of SILK HOME EŞARP VE TEKSTİL SAN. TİC.LTD. ŞTİ and its subsidiaries' products and/or services, and planning and executing processes to build and/or increase loyalty, including: offering special opportunities to customers by ŞTİ business partners, determining target audiences, monitoring customer behavior to improve user experience, conducting direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing and remarketing activities, conducting personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis and internal reporting activities, market research, planning and executing customer satisfaction activities, customizing and recommending products and services to relevant individuals based on their preferences, usage habits and needs, and planning and executing customer relationship management processes.
