What are the shipping and return conditions?

  • If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased from silkhometr.com, you can return them within fourteen (14) days of receiving them, provided they are unused.

  • To benefit from this service, you must send your products via Aras Kargo. Shipping costs for packages sent via any other courier company will not be covered by silkhometr.com.

I want to return the product I purchased, what should I do?

  • For a return to be processed, the returned products must be unused, have their labels intact, and include all original packaging and accessories. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • To create a return request, go to the "My Return Requests" section in your account and select the order you wish to return.

  • The invoice, along with the completed return form on the back, must be sent to us together with the item(s) you wish to return.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

  • In return processes, the cost of the return shipping is covered by us.

  • If the order total falls below ₺1000 after the returned item(s), the free shipping campaign applied to orders over ₺1000 will be cancelled, and therefore the ₺90 shipping fee will not be refunded.

  • If any product(s) ordered using the free shipping promotion are returned, the free shipping promotion applied to orders over 1000₺ will be cancelled, and therefore the 90₺ shipping fee will not be refunded.

When will I receive my refund?

Your order returned to silkhometr.com will first be checked by the "Quality Control Department". Once the return process is approved, you will receive an automatic email notification that the refund has been processed, and the product price will be credited back to the credit card you used for payment.

The time it takes for your refund to appear on your statement varies depending on your bank. If there is a delay in your refund appearing on your credit card statement, you can obtain detailed information from your bank.

I want to exchange the product I purchased, what should I do?

Exchange service is not available. If you wish to exchange the product(s), you can return them and place a new order.

How does the return process work for purchases made using Cash on Delivery?

Returns are not possible for purchases made with cash on delivery.
