You can return products purchased from silkhometr.com within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused .
To create a return request, you need to select the order you wish to return from the "My Return Requests" section in the "My Account" area.
You must also fill out the return form on the back of the invoice and share the product with us.
Products to be returned:
- Never used
- The labels should be undamaged.
- The box and all accessories must be complete.
These conditions must be met. Products that do not meet these requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.
In return transactions, the shipping cost is covered by our company .
However, for orders placed with a free shipping campaign, if the order amount falls below the campaign amount after a return , the 90₺ shipping fee will not be refunded .
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchange services .
If you wish, you can return the product and place a new order for the product you want.
Cash on delivery purchases are non-refundable .
The refund amount will be credited to your account as a gift voucher and can be used for your next purchases.
Orders placed before 5 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day .

In mobile delivery areas, this period may extend up to 7 business days .
