General Information at Wholesale;

* A minimum order of 50 units is required for each order.

* Corporate membership and wholesale purchasing require a commercial purpose and continuity.

* Wholesale prices include VAT.

* E-archive invoices are sent to the email address registered in our system and included in the package.

* None of the promotions offered on this site are valid for corporate members (wholesale).

Membership at Toptan;

To view wholesale prices and make purchases at these prices for corporate memberships, you must first become a member of our site. After becoming a member, to convert your membership to a corporate membership, you need to download the Corporate Membership Request Form to your computer, fill out the form, and send it to info@silkhometr.com.

Once the forms we receive are reviewed and approved, you will be notified by email and will be able to start making wholesale purchases.

Payment in Wholesale;

Payment by bank transfer

Payment by Credit Card;

All MasterCard and Visa Card member credit cards are accepted for your purchase.

Silkhometr.com offers installment payment options for all credit cards when making purchases.

Cash on delivery;

Cash on delivery is not available as a payment method for wholesale purchases. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

Shipping at Wholesale;

We use Aras Kargo for the delivery of your orders to your address.

For wholesale orders, we ship via Aras Kargo, our contracted courier service, at discounted rates applied exclusively to us. cash on delivery is being sent.

All your orders are shipped by us on the same day. Orders placed before 4 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day; orders placed after 4 PM are shipped the next day.

Orders placed on Saturdays before 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturdays and on Sundays and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but are completed within 1 to 3 business days by Aras Cargo (excluding extraordinary circumstances and force majeure). In mobile areas where there is no Aras Cargo branch, this period may take up to seven (7) business days.

Wholesale Returns and Exchanges;

Due to stock sensitivity, returns and exchanges are not possible for wholesale purchases.

Products are checked during the shipping process, but if you receive a defective product that was overlooked, you can exchange it for the same product, or if that product is unavailable, for a different product at the same price you specified, within 7 days.
