PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment by Credit Card;

All MasterCard and Visa Card member credit cards are accepted for your purchase.

We accept payments with foreign credit cards. We use the highest security systems.

Silkhometr.com offers installment payment options for products ordered with a credit card. You can see which credit cards accept installments in the table below.

Cash on delivery;

For orders placed using the cash-on-delivery option, payment is made to the courier upon delivery.

Shipping fee is only 90₺. Shipping is free for orders over 1000₺. An additional 50₺ fee applies if you choose the cash on delivery option.

For returns on orders placed with cash on delivery, the refund amount will be credited to your account as a gift voucher that you can use at any time.

For cash-on-delivery orders, we will contact you by phone to confirm your order. If we are unable to confirm your order, or if you do not call our customer service number 0850 302 96 02 for confirmation, your order will be cancelled.

Payment by Bank Transfer;

Payment can be made via bank transfer/EFT. Orders for which payments are received in our account are shipped the same day.

For payments made via bank transfer/EFT, please include your order number in the description section to avoid delays in your order.
